Supplier diversity

TALNT Team is certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) through the NMSDC and Alaskan Native–owned. We work with corporate supplier diversity teams at Fortune 500 and federal-contractor clients to satisfy diverse-supplier spend allocations.

ATS and recruiting tooling

We work fluently inside the major ATSes (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn) and don't push tooling preferences on clients. Our embedded recruiters adapt to your stack rather than the other way around.

Complementary staffing partners

Where a client's needs extend beyond our R4R and specialty practices (e.g., very specific executive search at the VP/C-level, or geographies and verticals where our bench is thinner), we maintain trusted referral relationships with complementary firms. We'll tell you when someone else is the better fit.

Hiring software and assessment tools

We have direct experience with HackerRank, Codility, Karat, BrightHire, Metaview, Spark Hire, and the major reference-check platforms. We don't sell tooling; we use what our clients already use and recommend changes only when the existing stack is genuinely broken.

Is Data Center TALNT a separate company from TALNT Team?
Same ownership, separate brand and operating practice. Data Center TALNT runs as a specialty staffing practice for hyperscale data center construction, with vertical-specific bench depth and processes calibrated for owner-side staffing. TALNT Team is the parent brand running embedded R4R for the broader recruiting market (energy, tech, growth-stage). Both share leadership, quality standards, and supplier-diversity certifications. The brand separation lets each operate at the right scale for its market.
Does TALNT have referral or revenue-share partnerships?
We have a small network of trusted referral relationships with complementary specialty firms (notably for executive search at the VP/C-level and for verticals where our bench is thinner). These are quality referrals, not paid placements. We don't run a formal partner program at this stage; trust is built engagement by engagement.
Can TALNT operate as a tier-2 supplier under a primary MSP?
Yes. We work tier-2 under managed service provider (MSP) arrangements for enterprise clients where the primary MSP routes specialty work to us. Common in the hyperscale data center vertical where the MSP doesn't have the owner-rep bench depth. Contact us with the MSP relationship and we'll work through onboarding.
