Nate Ollestad
Founder & CEO
Nate Ollestad founded TALNT Team to provide unique people solutions to companies of all sizes looking to scale. With over 17 years of experience building talent strategies and delivering top talent in various industries including Cybersecurity, eCommerce, and HealthTech Nate has proven he can deliver consistent results by investing in engaging, hiring, and retaining a company’s most valuable asset: people. If he isn’t meeting with clients or TALNT Team members, you can find Nate playing soccer, hanging outdoors, or spending time with his beautiful wife and four amazing children.
David Claunch
Head of Partnerships
David Claunch is the Head of Partnerships for TALNT Team and is driven to make a positive impact on the recruiting world. Drawing from his experiences in enterprise sales at Oracle and agency recruiting, David successfully ran his own sales recruiting practice for 4 years before joining forces with TALNT Team. David is also an avid outdoor enthusiast and has summited Mt. Rainier, achieved a hole-in-one on the golf course (with witnesses, apparently), and loves spending quality time with his friends and family.
Jeannine Wild
Principal Recruiter
Jeannine Wild is a Principal Recruiter with over 12 years of recruiting experience. She focuses mainly on G&A and Executive recruiting across multiple clients and industries, yet she knows how to fill technical roles as well. Jeannine has deep experience when it comes to recruiting executive-level candidates and she is always keeping the candidate experience top of mind. When she’s done with her work day, you can find her at her CrossFit gym either coaching or working out, camping, hiking, or curled up with a book.
Daniel Kelchner
Principal Recruiter
Daniel Kelchner is an 11 year veteran of the recruiting industry who has made hundreds of placements in both technical and non-technical roles across software, hardware, marketing and finance. Daniel spent 4 years running his own recruiting firm before joining TALNT team and is now leading our contingent staffing practice. When he’s not recruiting, you can find Daniel golfing, fishing, surfing and cooking.
